Our CallCenter is great part of our customer service created to facilitate in servicing Attorney with information flow, and appointment scheduling.

 All inbound calls are received by highly knowledgeable team members who are prepared to answer your question.

Our CallCenter in particular has obtained a great popularity within our legal society, who takes advantage of his service based on our centralized customer service and support functions.

We accommodate new and existing patients and their attorneys at numerous locations, close to their home. Our Call Centers advantage is the support of a web-based program that allows no calls to be lost or ignored.

Here is the way it works:

1)      Becoming a Member: Fill out form and send it, under comments specify if you’re a new attorney.

 2)      Go to our calendar and click on the desired day of appointment that will link you to appointment request      form.

3)      Fill-out Information and submit, it is imperative that you add attorney’s information and Office number.   

4)       Your request will be emailed and faxed to our call centers.

5)      A call center member will immediately call you to confirm appointment scheduling.

Click Call Center; you will find a link that will allow you to email you request (system will automatically send a fax, for accurate delivery).

You will receive a call back upon receiving request for confirmation.
